Welcome

Thank you for visiting our website and considering our program's educational opportunities. You are about to embark on one of the most exciting, demanding, and rewarding adventures of your professional lives, your residency experience. This on-line guide serves as an introduction and summary of our internal medicine residency and educational programs. Additional information is available online via FREIDA, sponsored by the American Medical Association (www.ama-assn.org). Certainly, you are welcome to contact us directly by phone, mail, or email.

We invite applications from prospective graduates of LCME-approved medical schools. Applicants for categorical and preliminary internal medicine positions as well as Med/Peds should participate in ERAS (the Electronic Residency Application Service). Information about this system is available from: www.aamc.org/eras.

We welcome your interest and invite you to become a part of the Department of Medicine at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Oklahoma City campus.
